Citrus Cranberry Relish
For 18 people
2 Cups whole cranberries
2 Cups splenda blend sugar
2 Apples peeled cored and cut into pieces
1 Grapefruit seeded, peeled and separated into segments
1 Seedless orange, seeded, peeled and separated into segments
Pulse all ingredients together in a food processed until it has a medium texture, do not over pulse or you will have mush.
Refrigerate until ready to use.
