Grilled Corn On The Cob With Herb Butter

For 4 people 

  • 2  ears of fresh corn
  • 2  TBS I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light
  • 2  TBS chopped green onions
  • 1/8  tsp salt
  1. Pull back husk on corn and remove the silk. Leave husk attached to corn. Wash corn.
  2. Mix together, I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, green onions, and salt and spread on corn.
  3. Wrap husks around corn and then wrap corn in aluminum foil.
  4. Grill on low grill heat for about five to ten minutes or until corn is just about cooked.
  5. Remove husk, cut in half and serve.

Other great herbs that work in this recipe, oregano, basil, and thyme. Some people like to cook corn like this in camp fires.
