WHAT I BELIEVE ABOUT YOU!

 

Hello there Clubhouse Members and Website Friends!

 

          A happy March to you!  I believe this is going to be a terrific month!  Thank you to all of you who have dropped by to check out my new website store!   I hope you like it!   I’ve been working on getting more of the products you’ve asked me for.   Soon, we’ll have three more of my workouts in the store.  Party Off the Pounds, Boogie Down the Pounds, and Disco Sweat are all coming back on DVD!  And of course several of my other workouts are already available there.  And what will we be getting after that?  Well…you’ll have to wait and see!    So, watch the store to see what I’ve got………………. in store!  LOL!

 

          What can I say to you today about what I believe about you?   I can tell you that I adore you. I can tell you that I feel your joy and your pain. I know how badly you want to lose this weight and go on with your life. I know you think about losing weight a lot, from morning to night sometimes.

 

          I know you can be quite hard on yourself, and many times, you insult yourself, and put yourself down. Oh, I know you are very sensitive about how you look to yourself and to the world! I know you cry when comments are made about your weight, even when those comments are made with the greatest of intentions.

 

           I know you’ve been on many diets but didn’t stay on them very long. I know you’ve purchased exercise equipment and videos to work out with (maybe even some of mine!), but it just didn’t work out because you didn’t stick with it! I know you get depressed when you go to the closet and there are so many outfits that used to fit.

 

            I know your body hurts. You’ve given it a lot to carry, and well, it’s getting harder and harder, and it’s having an anatomical breakdown. Oh, I know it’s hard for you to sleep because you just can’t seem to get comfortable.

 

            I also know you are a most wonderful human being. I know your heart is made of gold, 24-carat. I know you’re a smart person and have good common sense. I know you are a caretaker and help many people in times of need. I know you love to laugh and love to be around people who love to laugh, too. I know you’ve worked hard to take care of you and yours. I know you’ve made many sacrifices.

 

            I know you still think you don’t deserve it, but you see, I think you do! I think you deserve to live in a body you want to live in. I think you deserve to be happy, mentally and physically.

 

            I believe you are a blessed person and have many more years on this planet to experience the beauty that is all around you. I believe you should think about what I’ve written to you today and begin to believe about you what I believe about you!

 

            Now, you know I always share a recipe with you.  This month, I’m sharing a St. Paddy’s Day recipe for you!

Saint Paddys Day Corned Beef Omelette

(for 4 people) 

Cooking spray

1/2 C chopped onions

1/4 pound lean cooked sliced corned beef (cut in 2)

1 C chopped tomatoes

2 C egg whites or egg beaters

1/4 tsp pepper

 

1 Spray a large skillet with cooking spray and saute the onions for about 3 - 5 minutes until they start to brown, add corned beef and saute for about 3 minutes more.

2 Add tomatoes and cook until liquid cooks off. Add egg whites, stirring throughout cooking until egg whites are just cooked through. Season with pepper.

Nutritional Information per serving: 155 calories, 18 gm protein, 7.6 gm carbohydrate, 5.5 gm fat, 27 mg cholesterol, 524 mg sodium

Tip: Lean ham and turkey can be substituted in place of the corned beef if so desired.

 

         Please take care of yourself this month!  If you are a clubhouse member, stay active in the clubhouse and support each other.   Get in your workouts, watch your portions….and always, ALWAYS remember to love yourself.   Remember, I love you!
