Cheddar Stuffed Chicken Burger

for 4 people 

  • 1  Pound of ground skinless breast of chicken
  • 1/2  tsp Salt
  • 1/4  tsp Pepper
  • 1/2  tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/4  tsp Onion powder
  • 2  Tb Chopped fresh oregano
  • 4  Tb Chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2  Cup shredded low-fat cheddar
  1. In a large bowl combine chicken, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and parsley.
  2. Roll cheddar into 4 equal sized balls.
  3. Separate ground chicken into 4 portions, shape into a ball, squeeze cheese into the center and shape into hamburger sized patties.
  4. Grill or broil until cooked through.
