Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad

For 2 Servings(s) 

  • 4 ounce(s) grilled, boneless chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 cup(s) Romaine lettuce
  • 1/4 cup(s) oven baked garlic croutons
  • 1/4 cup(s) fresh, grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup(s) fat free Casesar salad dressing

Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad Directions

  1. 1. Wash, dry and tear lettuce into bite sized pieces.
  2. 2. Toss with anchovies and salad dressing and refrigerate.
  3. 3. Just before serving, top with sliced chicken and croutons.
  4. 4. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.

Additional Information

Tip- Serve this salad very cold or add to a cold plate if desired. You can add cherry tomatoes also if you wish.
