         Hello there my Clubhouse Members and Website Friends!    I have to tell you something…. winter is over!


         Yes, winter is OVER!  The summer you’ve been wanting is almost here! So are you having fun yet? I want you to! Enough of the heavy coats and hats and gloves! You’ve always told me, "Richard, I always put on a little weight during the winter season." Are you one of the millions of Americans who wants to lose weight, firm up, and look great for the sunny months? Then you have to have a plan! 


        I want you to think about the upcoming months of June, July, and August. What results can you see in 3 months? You can definitely lose somewhere between 15-20 pounds. That sounds good, doesn’t it? You can also lose inches where you want to lose inches…your legs, your hips, your tummy, your arms, your neck. It is possible to lose around 3 inches off your waistline. 


       In 3 months, you can build a stronger heart and more efficient lungs. You can develop stamina, flexibility, and harmony throughout your body. If you fit in your toning 3 times a week, you will see muscles taking shape in your arms, your abs, your neck, and right down to your legs. You will be a smidgen taller, because your posture will have improved! You will be more energetic and more positive about who you are becoming.   If you want this, you have to make promises! 


          You have to promise yourself that you will plan your meals, ones you can live with. You have to promise yourself you will get in that kitchen and cook. You must promise yourself you will measure your portions and eat 3 balanced meals a day. You’ll have to promise you’ll make the time to exercise. You have to promise yourself that you will do at least 4 hours of aerobic, cardiovascular exercise per week. You have to promise yourself you’ll do 3 sessions of toning a week, and a complete body stretch in the morning and the evening. (Check out my store to see what DVDs we have available!)  You will have to promise yourself that you will think about all of your goals every day and promise to stay on top of them.


           And promise yourself you’ll try to learn something new this month!   Would you like to learn a new recipe….right now?  Well, I have one for you!  Here’s my recipe for Asian Barbequed Chicken…


Asian Barbequed Chicken

  • (for 4 people)


  • 4 - oz  Skinless boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 Tb Hoisin sauce
  • 1 Tb Olive oil
  • 1 Tb Light soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion powder
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 4 Dashes of Hot Sauce


In a large zip lock bag combine; chicken, hoisin sauce, olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, sugar and hot sauce.   Place zip lock in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

Grill chicken until just cooked and serve


Nutritional Information: 167 Calories, 27 gm Protein, 5.5 gm Carbohydrates, 3.3 gm Fat, mg 73 Cholesterol, 319 mg Sodium

Tip: This marinate works great with pork and beef as well.
